Finao began in 2016 as a brand created by Denzell Jones. He developed this brand as a way to encourage and motivate his personal training clients. In 2019 Jones opened his first 3,500 square foot gym in Atlanta, GA. Currently, Finao has expanded to a 17,000 square foot gym in Smyrna, GA, minutes away from the Atlanta Braves Stadium. Within the facility you can find 53 yards of turf, free weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc), squat racks, machines (plate loaded and selectorized), and a designated cardio section.
